College Counselors

On-Site Programs

Each year, our admission officers connect with students and educators all over the world through high school visits, college fairs, special presentations, and outreach programs. This year, due to the pandemic, we will not be conducting any travel or in-person events until Spring 2022 at the earliest.

Virtual Programs

Our staff generally conducts outreach during the months of September and early October. We also take part in a limited number of outreach activities in the spring and summer. Due to the heavy volume of applications we receive, we do not conduct outreach events during the months of November through March.

Please note that due to our involvement in large, public programs and the significant number of requests that we receive, we have very narrow criteria for accepting virtual visit requests. In accepting event invitations, we give priority to the following:

  • Events reaching a diverse student audience

  • Events that do not charge participants for participation

  • Events taking place from May through mid-October

  • Events taking place a minimum of one month from the date of request

College Fairs

Our office is able to participate in a small number of college fairs, often with the help of our trained alumni volunteers. In reviewing these requests, we prioritize the following:

  • Fairs reaching a diverse student audience

  • Fairs that do not charge participants for participation

  • Fairs drawing students from more than one school, preferably covering an entire school district or geographic area

  • Public schools and non-profit organizations

  • Events taking place a minimum of one month from the date of request

If you are interested in requesting representation from our office for an on-site or virtual program for your institution, please complete this Request Form . We will review requests and respond as soon as possible.
