Engage

We have been so pleased this year to have our student body on campus experiencing full coursework and programming, and to have the reinstatement of public access to the exterior spaces of campus. Guided walking tours of campus (outdoors only) have resumed and are available for registration by prospective students and their supporters.

Please note that most Stanford offices and other indoor facilities still remain closed to the public at this time. As we continue to monitor the impacts of COVID-19, we will provide updates on our COVID-19 Announcements page.

For those not able or comfortable visiting in person at this time, we do host virtual programming (Discover Stanford admission information sessions and Student Forum discussion panels) on a weekly basis in a live webinar format.

Please note that Stanford does not track demonstrated interest as part of the admission process. Online engagement is optional and will not be part of the review of your application.

Ways to Engage

Join us for a virtual visit, including a Discover Stanford information session presented by a representative from the Office of Undergraduate Admission and a Student Forum with current Stanford students. Each virtual visit will explore Stanford's unique academic opportunities and student life, as well as information about our application and need-based financial aid.

We highly encourage attending a Virtual Visit as the initial step to learn more about Stanford.
